Can someone please provide an update of legacy mainframe apps and code to the Cloud?
Is it still su-king up resources and cash?
Is it stable?
What are current milestones?
What pieces remain?
How much is hybrid (mix of old/new).

ACO dumping customers to RC
I knew they were going to do this!
Dear Valued Customers and Partners,
This note is to inform you that, as of today, Avaya and RingCentral are working together to transition Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) customer accounts and partner support directly to the core RingCentral UCaaS platform, RingEX.
Key Transition Details & Timelines:
• End of Sale (EoS): The End of Sale for ACO for new customers is July 23, 2026. After this date, Avaya will no longer sell new ACO subscriptions. But existing and registered prospective ACO customers can continue to buy additional seats.
• Support: Avaya will continue providing Tier 1 support through September 25, 2026. After this date, support will be provided by RingCentral.
• Consolidation of Branding: The branding of the current ACO offering will be consolidated with the RingCentral branded offering. RingCentral shall continue as Avaya’s exclusive offering for multi-tenant cloud UCaaS solutions.
• Service Continuity: Service will continue as is, and customers are encouraged to transition to RingEX on their preferred timeline, with the goal of achieving an orderly and expeditious transition.
Customers: Over the coming months, you should expect communications from RingCentral regarding the expeditious transition to RingEX, updates to logistical details, and contact information for Customer Success Managers and/or support teams.
Partners: If you are an existing RingCentral partner, you may have your ACO accounts moved under your RingCentral partner ID. You can expect to receive additional information in the coming days on how to transition over to the RingCentral partner program, including information about the program if you are not a current RingCentral partner.
We are committed to supporting you throughout this transition.
MF SFDC to OT SFDC
What an absolute disgrace of a migration, whoever signed off on big bang approach should be sacked. I feel for the support team
What happened to the service teams?
Im sure theyve got absolute dog water since the migration overseas.
How is no one fired over the migration disaster?
J!M C please go reach out to the doer’s of this company and ask them how bad it is. How is half the IT team not fired? This is worst if not as bad as HCM.
ABS Migration
Anyone have info on the ABS migration? What is taking its place?
Vmware Exodus .. They said
Many article came out recently about this Vmware exodus ... 86% actively eliminating Broadcom/vmware

Who's ready for GOOGLE
Is everyone elses departments and co-workers freaking out about the Google migration next week? There are some people that think this will be the greatest thing with no issues, but I have to disagree....
Pre-Migration ELT Training
On the eve of the final VSP departures, it appears leadership missed their training video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/FeP6UJUUtsQ
Lee Hech Harrison.
This LHH service seems to be a little value. It seems that the voice mode of one of these LLM‘s commercially provided as better. And what’s up with this $20 million fund has anyone actually heard anything about that about what it is and how to enroll it? I’m tempted just to ask for the cash.
For those that are hanging out here after going through it, do you find these outplacement services to actually be a value or is it just a way for corporations to make themselves feel better?
Also really happy to be doing migrations of applications all the way up to 15th. Really happy to have everyone reaching out for things to be documented when it wasn’t a priority year prior. This is wonderful. What is it almost there we’re almost fricking there good fricking riddance.
OneTru Updates
So.....how are things going? Migration on track? Which groups are being migrated right now? Good improvement?
Any truth to mass layoffs in March 2026 and for what groups?
Viya CAN Run at least 80% of SAS9 code …
… prove me wrong!
SAS Viya IS SAS — it has a Compute Server that runs traditional Datastep, PROCs, the Macro facility, etc. This being the case, most SAS customers CAN run their SAS9 code successfully in Viya.
So, why all the Viya hate here? SAS is strongly on the side of making Viya succeed!
FIG
We are a current FIG client, and while the volume of recent comments and the decline in stock price are concerning, they are unfortunately not surprising. Our experience with Fiserv’s service and support has been extremely disappointing—among the worst we’ve encountered. The products offered are outdated and lack the functionality and efficiency that competitors in the market provide. Based on our conversations with Fiserv clients, there appears to be a widespread eagerness to transition away from Fiserv, which is truly unfortunate but probably the best option.
Management Liars
So, originally I was told last month that some employees would be able to keep their Microsoft licenses due to work necessities, now I’m hearing that’s not the case.
I’m tired of all the lies, and the total chaos that this Microsoft to Google conversion will bring.
When management tells you one thing, just assume the opposite is true.
Total dumpster fire.
earnings call
did anyone listen to the earnings call? are we really going to have majority migrated to OneTru by EOY and completed fully by mid next year? haven't heard of that internally yet - what happens if we dont make it?
Stankey furious over leaks on Atlanta migration
Lenox and Northpoint massive layoffs and transition to Dallas and India contractors. Stankey should be more furious over data leaks of consumer information. Georgia migration set to be complete by Q2 2028 with more aggressive timetable in the works. We all knew this was coming so not sure why Stankey thinks he is in the sly. I mean he did aid TMobile to a massive stock price and give away shareholder wealth of $100B along with Direct TV and Time Warner Synergies. Stankey is synergystic at vaporizing shareholder money.
Status of Cloud Migration Program
The cloud migration program under AC, reporting to CIO, has shown limited tangible progress so far. Existing platform teams continue to maintain operational stability, while AC focuses on expanding his leadership circle and hiring new personnel.
Most of AC’s direct reports come from program or product management backgrounds, including several former Amazon leaders, with limited technical depth. A new principal engineer was recently hired, while experienced principal engineers were laid off, raising concerns about continuity and technical leadership.
Overall, the program’s measurable outcomes and strategic clarity remain uncertain.
Citrix BU to Microsoft Suite
I find it interesting that we’re transitioning to Microsoft Suite after recently moving to Google. Does anyone know why this change is specific to Citrix and not the other business units?
