They are going through our accounts

People are being fired left and right for filing insurance claims from years ago or filing fraud dispute. I just got fired this morning for fraud due to excessive dispute claims (I had 3 in the last 8 years).

Subsequently they went through my login times, when I was in the office, if I was ever low on funds, if I ever had high amount of funds.

All because of a d-mb TikTok shop purchase. They are coming for us.

Numerous roles eliminated, massive layoffs incoming

Chief HR person’s role was eliminated, COO announced retirement, numerous people across the company have been terminated. Executives in finance, accounting, entertainment committing fraud …. It’s going to be bad …. 10+ year MGM employee here and very worried about the future of this company

Management on Notice

If the degenerate SVP, EVP and C suites actually scan this board, you have been warned. If you thought you could continue terminating Americans and replacing us with cheaper resources in India, Phillipines...think again. We will make sure you will live in the limelight you deserve.

What a Crock

Did nexgen actually do anything other than waste hundreds of millions of dollars and su-k at rollout? Last I heard everyone on that project got 1’s and nice differentials to save face. Then were shown the door for that disaster.

Go ahead and sign

Go ahead and sign so they know who the disgruntled people are and can put the sc--ws on you harder. The goal has not changed and the goal is still to get rid of as many people as possible without having to pay ANY severance. Even if you sign you can be terminated before a layoff is approved. If you have been keeping up on the layoffs/mass firing of federal government workers then you are up to date on what's about to go down.

Useful info on layoffs

Indicator for your org is usually the all-hands, it is typically scheduled after lay-off rounds are complete. They are never truly complete though, but may be paused for 6 months, a year if you are lucky.

For instance, Chris' all-hands in Fusion is second week of October with universal agreement that firings will start on September 2nd, so they will go for 5 weeks.
