11/1 last day with some given option to keep their positions based in Baltimore. Another misstep for a brand once on fire.

Hard to stay motivated lately
Over the last few months work has become exhausting in a way I truly didn’t expect. I keep getting called into discussions with no warning about what they’re for, and by the time I sit down I already feel behind because everyone else seems prepared except me.
A few comments from coworkers have stuck with me too. Being told people find me difficult has made me second guess every interaction, even though I’m trying to stay professional and focused on my work. The worst part is being blamed for mistakes that I can clearly show weren’t mine. Constantly defending yourself takes a toll after a while.
Communication issues
Anyone else dealing with a manager who treats information like it’s classified? Getting even the simplest thing feels like pulling teeth. At this point, I’m losing more time chasing answers than actually doing the work.
It's such a bait and switch
They hired me based on one description and the actual job is totally different. All those interviews and assessments were basically irrelevant. I'm doing work that wasn't even mentioned. If I had known this would happen, I wouldn't have accepted the job in the first place.
There’s barely any clear ownership around here anymore
Tasks get passed from team to team because no one wants to claim them, and things keep getting missed. Then it all blows up into a last-minute rush to get it done. How can anybody expect for a company to run successfully like this?

Message for TAC engineers and Sales team only
There is an AI assistant called Sherlock that is now handling the majority of customer cases. Instead of working directly with TAC engineers, customers are unknowingly interacting with this virtual assistant for most of their support experience.
TAC engineers have been instructed to “overwatch” — essentially to train and correct the AI model — with the expectation that a significant portion of AMER TAC will be laid off in FY27. After these reductions, customers will primarily be supported by cheap TAC teams in India and Mexico.
What’s most concerning is that TAC engineers have been explicitly told not to disclose any of this to customers. They are being directed to remain silent about how cases are actually being handled, leaving customers with the false impression that human engineers are actively working their issues when, in reality, the AI system is driving the process.
This lack of transparency means customers are being misled about the nature and quality of the support they are receiving.
Note: This should not concern you if you're a premium HTTS customer
Not as bad as it first sounded? Or they wanted chaos?
Yesterday we understood from the call that EVERYONE in the PS,CIO , DEV (except a few people) will be moving to 3rd party companies or let go, but today many people from all impacted groups are already retained, was this poorly communicated or they wanted everyone to feel the threat(then feel grateful?) feeling bad for those who moved or laid off, wishing you the very best .
CE group chat
Anyone heard about this group chat going around in CE? Apparently there was this 60 person teams chat where they were sharing client information, making race jokes and trash talking coworkers. Al R found out and got p1ssed and is going to fire a ton of people
BS Narrative Being Spun to Clients
Client contacts me early this morning wondering what happened. He was told I left. He walked away from the conversation with the impression my departure was voluntary. Now he's pi---d he was mislead. Smh.
The truth
@user8869117799573:as a former field rep for them I can tell you this whole system Nielsen has built is a fraud. reps would lie when taking demographic info from panelists . he-l half the time I just filled them out in my car. we would lie about tvs and other devices in homes. I promise you a huge percentage of reps did this and probably are still doing this
