Just popped in and was surprised to not see a thread on the announcement this week. It's creating gossip for sure, would like to hear from people who feel they can speak freely though. I don't have dealings with them directly, but based on the comments I've seen in here, that seems to be a good thing. Do people think this will improve the culture? Are people relieved or worried what could come after this?
Does anyone know the logic behind who was determined to be JE’d?
See this link. I've added details in the post comments

Went as low as $0.90. This is bleak.
Kodak: Market cap 727 million. 3,700 employees.
Xerox: Market cap 247 million. 16,000 employees.
Is there a “right” layoff number or is this even a factor at this point? What am I missing here?
Should I take that as a good sign? Or is it just the calm before the storm?
It's pay week. That would mean all the usual habits and rules are out the window. Where is this rumor even coming from? If it's not close to an official source, it's probably not true.
I keep seeing 3/3 is the big day, but what is so special about 3/3? Has anyone heard anything about 2/17? It’s a Tuesday after the largest payday of the year. And, Monday is a holiday. For me, the application I work on is supposed to retire on 3/1 and the work I’m doing over the next 2 weeks is kind of throw away. Just curious why 3/3?
Quality Bicycle Products (QBP) implemented its fifth round of staff cuts in six years. Eight roles were eliminated within its product division in January 2026. This reduction affected nearly 20 percent of that specific department. QBP's president stated these changes streamline product development. Former employees, however, view the repeated cuts as deeply unsettling.

What do folks know?
What's up with today's email? Extremely concerning to say the least
Where's the bottom. All was fine yesterday, but today begs to differ. What a bunch of clowns at the helm.
Layoffs will happen 2/26. The dates are 1/29 & 2/26 for the whole enterprise. Not sure who all will be impacted but fingers are crossed .. good luck everyone.
Like a year? How long has it been?
Complete silence on my end so far, but I know it's coming. I'm just trying to figure out if it started yet anywhere.
She said she was implemented AI into her workflows… oh really? Give me 1 example of how you’re doing this
Also, I like how Mike avoided the question about AI taking jobs. He refused to specifically say if AI would or would not take jobs
Just high level talk with no substance - we are doomed
Everyone was eagerly awaiting the plan reveal February 5th. That didn't happen. Now what? We all operate in confusion without direction? Will it ever be shared? Crazy. You can't make this stuff, this place gets more and more insane every day.
havent heard anything yet
Anyone else sick of ebitda ruining the vcip??
I wake up every day thinking if I will lose my job today. Not how I can service clients. And did she just say everyone will get raises and they will be good? Who is everyone? And in July?
Just went into clarity and noticed that future time periods are closed after this week. Hoping there is a rational explanation for that, but a little nervous now.
Are they food coordi store going to get cut? Also where is ny DSD?
Looks like ford is tracking computers. Happened to check network traffic and workblaze-us.lakesidesoftware.com is showing up every 3 minutes. This wasn’t on my network traffic in the recent past. If you take a trip over to their website it shows Ford as a trusted partner. Transparency would have been nice.
Your comment is below. I wanted to tell you something and make sure you didn't miss it because I really appreciate your insight and hard work.
I said, "You have very valuable insight. Thank you for helping the FE. How much longer does Walgreens have do you think and what types of things do you think will happen in the near future. How do things play out. What clues are you seeing. What is consistent with your prior experience?"
You posted, "Hate to say it, but it won’t function, along with many other teams. It’s far beyond any sort of recovery or miraculous business pivot of the decade fiction the spokespeople are trying to spin and pitch. I work on a very small, but mighty, team that supports FE on all matters of consequence and we still got hit, lost one. It was already severe triage “plug the dam” for years now, laughable really. I rode shotg-n on the very protracted death of another Chicagoland titan of industry and can tell you this is the very same death swirl/playbook all over again. Be warned, this will not be the protracted downfall that was. There’s no financial levers left to pull here to replenish the coffers, which will inevitably spook the Sycs,, ergo more ‘calibrations’ blah blah. It’ll be a sad broken less than skeleton crew up in here by mid/end of Q2 barely KTLA’ing. If you can find an out, by all mean, please take it."
It’s been announced that the now former head of the Americas and UKI will be leaving very soon.
Such a shame to lose yet another senior exec in less than two years, how will the company survive…
I don't get it. Are books going to be cooked?
Am I alone in thinking that? They are already moving CS which is a big portion of the process. What is keeping them from moving everything back? They are obviously not happy with the work that is done by FIS. I can't even imagine how bad the cooperation between FT CS and FIS Operations/Support will be.
No news of layoffs in EHQ , so just wondering what is happening in other places?
Confirmed fot next week. Most cuts. Please do not listen to clueless d-mb trolls who are here to deny 15% is happening. Wait till End of day 19 feb to comment
Is it unusual that the reviews were delayed by a week the day before they were scheduled to be released? We weren’t given any explanation for the change.
Why are most of the affected folks 40 and above? I'm yet to see somebody in their 20s or 30s affected, at least for now.
Working for my whole life and was looking for a long term job to save money and retire but went through 4 layoffs and two company closings.
A couple of years in I see the signs. The rats start leaving the sinking ship. Cubicles being moved around, bodies relocated to owned spaces, rather than rented. Unreasonable targets and although profits are up... They want more. Blowhards in management speaking but nothing of relevance is being done. LifeVests are not being replaced.
This is the death of the middle class in slow motion. God save us all.
There have been a few posts or comments saying there will definitely be layoffs next week. Does anyone know the percentage of people being let go? 20 percent? 50? More?
Is it just me or does anyone else feel like we now work in an alternate universe? It’s like a new operating manual has gone out to a select few as to how we all should behave and function in our roles and interact with others and none of it makes any sense at all? I constantly feel like I am being gas-lit.
