But now the workload has became ridiculous and I no longer feel like anyone is listening when I raise concerns about it. The culture has also deteriorated drastically, to the point where it's unrecognizable. Such a shame how much this place changed.

Takis says one thing about retaining SMEs and HR does the opposite. This place is toxic. Signals sent from the MC should actually mean something. They don’t.

In the last week Fiserv has eliminated over 30 middle management jobs. This layoff is ongoing due to poor reporting last quarter in earnings and new CEO. Despite being told last quarter layoffs were not a concern.
