With the yearly bul$hit that they can't afford pay raises why don't they give some money to employees via shares. They can do it for Execs across the globe so it shouldn't be an issue.

Whenever I sit in on a team meeting, nobody talks. Nobody volunteers ideas. Nobody seems to care. And when people stop caring, the company stops working. I think we're watching the slow collapse.

DXC will survive for years, but it won’t thrive without a major strategic reset or acquisition. It’s a stable but shrinking legacy outsourcer — not a modern tech company. Is this true?

My manager told me for years that I was the backbone of the team. Then I asked about a promotion and got told I was too important where I was. That's when I realized that being valuable at DXC doesn't get you ahead. It gets you stuck.
