10 to 8 to 6 to Chapter 11
The quarter is looking so rough and it’s hard to imagine 2025 closing above $10 a share. By mid-2026 exits from both institutional investors and larger accounts can only speed up, meaning the stock will see under $8 and more like the upper fives by end of 2026. The second half of 2026 will very likely be brutal on the layoffs front, we will see daily scrambles to cut costs and preserve every single cent. Some of CES’s best bits will probably cheaply end up in the hands of third-tier and fourth-tier competitors just to raise cash. Then comes 2027 and a Chapter 11 filing will look much less like a possibility and more like a certainty. Honestly Rawul should already be on the phone with a seasoned bankruptcy lawyer.
For short sellers out there the momentum is on your side.

Expect platform X sales to rise this quarter and we will exceed all expectations.

DXC sells expert people's time. It forgot this about 10 years ago and stopped investigating in those people. Both financially and wellbeing.

We don't sell a product. You can't magic an oasis out of the AI desert in 6 months.

Net result is now being delivered. Set against uncertain global economic times. The machine has been broken. It can't be fixed on our budget at least.

$0 by end of the summer. The vultures will take the accounts they want at a price DXC could never command. They'll hire our talent on the money they should always have had. And cull 75% of mostly unessessry management and process overhead. Life will go on. The rest of will retire on the severance pay off and say hallelujah that's all over.

Raul hasnt got a clue. No investor is going to wait until 2029 on the off chance he can grow the company. His virtually saying im not good enough.

He needs to get real, 20000 need to be let go through natural attrition, and the growth needs to start happening now.

The stock has finally cracked below $8. It took longer to get here than I expected but not by much. Q1 will confirm what the fundamentals have been telegraphing all along so you should not be surprised to see this stock trading below $5 within a month. The obvious play isn't to buy the dip as that would be more like volunteering to catch a falling kn--e. Trade to stand on the other side of the fall.

How has Wul done this? 75% decline in 2.5 years. Looks like 12 to 18 months left before closure.

$34,000 over their working lifetime is the market's valuation of the average DXC employee and it seems wildly out of step with the value the DXC employees actually provide over their lifetime.
