What is the phone number for PNC ETHICS HOTLINE? I need it urgently. Thank you.
The RTO outrage will fade
As much as people are fighting it now, the reality is we'll adapt. We always do. The strong feelings about WFH will soften, and showing up at the office will go back to being the unremarkable default. It's inevitable. Sad but very much true.
We MUST Speak Their Language
HR and the higher-ups simply don't understand where we are coming from. No more speaking from emotion. We HAVE to speak in buzz words and LEGAL TERMS.

This has been mentioned a few times before but not sure anyone has taken action. Has anyone actively looked into creating a union? It would give us employees more of a voice over our flexibility, wages, workers rights, etc. It would require a... — read more
Boxers or Briefs?
So does the relationship-driven in-person culture encourage executives asking both male and female employees, if they prefer boxers or briefs? I am guessing it must, if BD and the Board decided to hire Marky - wanna be - Mark. I wonder if there will... — read more
Hired as FTE remote now it's too expensive for me to work here.
Hired 2 years ago as full time employee remote. I am being required to RTO even though I was never in the office. I was hired as a remote employee. The nearest office is at least 80 minutes away at 4 A.M. on a Sunday morning. Easily 2+ hours each way... — read more
Anyone else interviewing already?
Only been a couple of weeks and I am already on my 2nd and 3rd rounds with two remote companies offering higher pay and minimal travel. Anyone else planning their exit after bonuses?
RTO5 is a pay cut in disguise! Demchak made your life much more expensive!
As pointed out on glassdoor a couple weeks ago {https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Employee-Review-PNC-Financial-Services-Group-E507-RVW102269233.htm} this whole RTO5 will be very expensive for us. Min $20/day parking. If you can find parking. Need to... — read more
Annual Compensation
How’s comp looking this year?
Those who stay will be replaced by Copilot
You think you're safe? First Bank inquisition, then RTO5. Next people quit, then the layoffs, then finally copilot instead of YOU. PNC truly cares about their customers...money. Not their employees, not even Pittsburgh residents.
A financial argument for wfh that leadership might actually understand
We work at a financial services company. Many of us literally help clients build wealth for a living. So let’s talk about return-to-office in terms that should be very familiar to leadership: compounding, assets, and long-term value. Parking in the... — read more
RTO will set my boundaries for me
The commute will be a pain, but being in the office will create a hard stop to my workday. In a way, it might even get me to have a healthier work-life balance than I do now remotely.
PNC offices during severe weather

Retail branches closing or not?
What’s the deal with retail branches with this winter storm. I’m in an area that got over 12” of snow. And then freezing rain on top of it. Are they going to make us to go in? Who is coming out of their houses in this subzero weather to the branch?
Hitchhike to work?
Not sure how I’ll be getting to work at PNC tomorrow being that public transit has been suspended. I’m probably going to be told to drive in and risk my life on the parkway. SMH
Billy D would make you go to office tomorrow!

Make them fire you
Why would you quit and give up your paycheck over RTO? Just quiet quit and force their hand. Don't do management a favor by leaving for free.
Do they even realize that RTO will cause talent to flee?
Skilled and experienced people can find another job more easily. They'll be the first to quit, followed by many decent people who can't meet the RTO requirements. I don't condone these attrition tactics, I think they're cheap and counterproductive... — read more

Mulling over pnc offer rto is a minus. Do they stack rank? Activity tracking?
Our place stack ranks for reviews and it's terrible for morale. What about in office hours? When you rto do they mandate hours? 8 min? What about activity and keystroke reports? The salary is comparable but rto five days is a red flag. I can't ask... — read more
How is the RTO5 mandate going to affect your work?
We've all shared our grievances, but I'm curious to know how this will affect others, not just personally, but at work. Many of us are clocking in 50+ hours a week and if they expect us to come in 8-5/5 days a week AND continue working from home... — read more

About 70% of my team will be gone before Feb 1. Two people called it quits today. They didn't even give a full day notice. We can't function as a team of 3 people when Feb 1 gets here. This isn't just hurting the remote employees. It's crushing the... — read more
