2026 looks to be another horrible year. 5 states removing soda from snap benefits, and more to come. Have you heard a plan to make that up, because I have not. No plan, no results, more layoffs.

It look a lot of Leadership, apathetic employees, meetings, PowerPoints, bad ideas and ineffective and incapable management to accomplish this ! # PEPPROUD

When layoffs become the sole tool for every problem, it shows management has no real plan. It's a clear sign of failure and desperation. I've started my job search, and you should too. There's no future here.

Does everyone stick to the 3-4 days in office? Most people I’ve talked to do 2 days if anything - I think riding it out until more days become mandatory.
