Resigned but manager ignoring, last day of notice is next week. If he doesn’t acknowledge my resignation in workday and I still don’t get off boarding or any kind of acknowledgment of resignation or instructions , can I just walk my laptop to tech express and give badge to security last day? This is ridiculous behavior for a company that “loves attrition”, make it, make sense!!

you can resign yourself in workday. access wont be cut until your final day.
According to the employee handbook, you can record your resignation yourself in Workday. The handbook or HR articles provide instructions on how to do it. However, once you put it in Workday, I believe your access is cut.
@b1 most of the thumb su-kers have been laid off
Wow, with all the adoring empathetic responses, I can clearly see how WF is such an effed up place.
It means you can quit. Sorry.
It's kind of like launching missiles from a submarine. You both need to turn a key.
@OP
Just walk out the door since you obviously don't give a rip of solving your own problems and just want to come here and post mini drama.
Just walk.
I am positive they will be in contact with you with instructions on what to do with your laptop.
However, that will also be hard for you to comprehend so I suspect we will see a thread on here from you about how to return your laptop.
@a3
High Five!!!
@a3 Clearly they are and thank god they are leaving so whoever has had to babysit them this long can get some relief.
@OP Aren't you supposed to go through HR?
Your mgr is required to enter your notice date in Workday within 24 hrs or it will trigger a violation and his manger will be notified. I hope S/he will not change your last working day to a later day to get by. I would contact your boss’ boss
Are you a helpless little baby? If you have a concerns escalate it to your managers manager.
