The only real motivation at this company is to not totally sc--w over the counter workers you actually like. If not for that I would do nothing and wait 6 months for this garbage company to fire me.

It feels ok here? Am I nuts?
I'm on the marketing team and my skip hasn't called us back to the office yet. Personally I'm not going to celebrate the ELT or cheer on RTO but honestly the day to day still feels just fine, like I don't feel a g-n on my back and the people are still fine. I don't feel doom and gloom on by day to day here, that's just me. Feels like any regular company in 2025 although sometimes I do sigh ok boomer at the all hands to myself but it still feels ok as a whole. Going on 2 years here

The regional and store manager are so lazy. They make it so hard to come to work everyday. They have their favorites and treat others so bad.
Future of Oracle
It looks that only numbers matters. It's now a CFO driven company.
I've been told that no-one wants to join Oracle now, as can be fired in 1month, 1year. Or low paid jobs for intern/early guys.
Even Gartner magic quadrant won't support, people hate this culture, and are not productive at all.
Zero Mental Health Awareness
Horrible culture, no care about your mental health. Your life has zero value to Halliburton. Go ahead and leave on your own accord not theirs. They ain’t paying no severance. They treat you like trash.

It’s hard to stay positive these days at Visa. This place is such a downer, but we’ee lucky enough to be employed for now. What are healthy coping strategies that have worked for you?
