Back in the day, I used to be able to be nosey and look at salary brackets in Career Intelligence before they shut it down. Honestly, it was pretty motivating, so su-ks to see it is gone.

Anybody know not there is another platform to look at salary ranges?

How long did it take you to move from CL28 to 29? How much of a pay increase did you see when promoted?

Many have commented about Maurice failing as a leader. Like a coach who losses games YOU get fired NOT the team! He needs to watch Xmas vacation on how he affects many who trully care about their work and don't have the luxury of $40,000,000 + per year paid to fail!

To make move to Manchester from Liverpool being offered old K grade £68k mid point. The old J grade is £54k. I thought they got rid of the J & K bands? But they have kept separate bands? BNYM doing their normal thing to benefit them yet again.

National salary program meeting today, what are the key takeaways?

I’ve been out looking for the past 9 months. It’s tough out there with very few places hiring and if they are salaries way below what I was making. While my work wasn’t always great and I had things to complain about, my advice is try to keep what you have because the options are slim. I thought it would be a lot easier and now would come back in a second and even with a smaller bonus would do better than what others are offering right now.

when I look back and adjust for inflation, I realize I am makin less now than I did 15 years ago, even though my responsibilities and workload have gone up.

Costs keep rising and rising and rising --- everything from groceries to housing to basic bills, yet wages do not seem to move at the same pace. It is frustrating to feel like you are working just as hard, if not harder, but falling behind in real terms. Just putting that out there.

As the title suggests, has anyone received a pay increase without a title promotion (associate to senior associate to vp or so on)?

I feel like I am underpayed and my contributions to my team are not reflected in my current salary.

Which one is the most important factor in layoff, is it age or salary.

Two guys with same work function - one is 60, the other is 25.
The 60 year old guy earn less than 25 year old guy.

So on a local level in field can only go by what we see and know.What we saw was low level low pay first line bosses getting riffed .While not very useful they might actually have some use!Yet we saw no upper management like 2nd or 3rd liners who actually do nothing but make misery along with Tons of money!!So what we see is this is all a joke .Dan just needed a bit more cash flow from the bottom of the pile.This just means our next contract is gonna be really fun with Dan since he really loves to Rob the lower paid working groups .While moving in all his over paid paypal buddies!!!

What are the pay ranges for Verizon Bands 5, 6, 7?

I am going to be laidoff and need to find another job quickly that has similar salary, ie $200k+ and bonuses.

Many years ago the company would publish the range of salaries across pay grades. I haven't seen that in forever. Does anyone have a clue where things stand now for bands 5, 6 and 7?

Is this like CEOs of the business line and up? I found the salary chart and it says 33 and above do not have a pay scale. I assume 33+ negotiate their entire employment/contract with the company then and are not considered like regular employees?

For those that believe that remote workers are running errands and doing laundry on "company time", most remote employees are salary. That means they are paid to do a job, regardless of the # of hours they work. Some might get all of their work done in 25 hours, and others might need to work 50+ hours. It is the job of their leader to evaluate their work and determine if they are doing the job that they were hired to do. They do not make OT, so if they actually do a load of laundry between meetings, they are not stealing company time. If they are in the office 40 hours/week it does not mean that they are completing more work.

It’s curious how benefit solutions keeps calling this a vital benefit but meanwhile, they probably wish most of us gone or d.ead.
And the cost of this stuff just went up 6%. That’s nearly 4 times more than the rate my salary went up. Benefits are supposed to be beneficial. All I do is get poorer here.

Your experience and education are of no value here. All you are is an employee ID# and a salary on someone's spread sheet.

I received an offer as a Full-Stack Senior Associate on the Global Collateral Management Platform called access edge. Is this a good platform to work on?

I have a few years of experience as a full-stack engineer but was laid off so I need a job. I found this forum and it scared me a bit.

What salary is typical for a senior associate in PA or FL? I'm able to pick between the two locations. Not sure if my offer is low or I was just expecting more. No mention of a bonus. is there a bonus for senior associate engineers?
