Ah, the holidays Coming soon — that magical time when companies drape their logos in twinkling lights, release tear-je-king ads about “family values,” and then quietly toss employees out the back door like expired fruitcake. Nothing says “Merry... — read more
Exit dates between 9/26 through 11/21. Lol
Everyone is choosing 11/21 as their exit dates with some being Q12026! Chances are 9/26 WILL BE the exit date for the majority 90% of the folks, as Q3 ends and they start Q4 clean and less overhead. October and November 21 dates are a pipe... — read more
Tech
What is going on with IT? Never a day we are free from glitches. It is impossible to get any work done!
No end to this.
I would encourage the people reading this to look at the last 10 years of postings. They are all pretty much the same and things have not changed. Each year the pep talks about improved tech, member engagements, improved services and each time the... — read more
CWP MOP referrals and employees
If Humana would allow CWP employees to do their jobs without the added cr-p and specific talking points etc, we'd have way more referrals to CWP. All the jargon is bogging employees down and stressing them out, and members are picking up on it.
Healthcare Intent is not health but Wealth
In America’s healthcare industry, the corporate intent is not healing—it is monetizing illness.Every patient is a line item, every diagnosis a revenue code, every crisis an earnings opportunity. Insurance companies don’t compete on care—they compete... — read more
Feeling expendable
It looks like layoffs will continue until they hit their numbers, no matter who you are. Hard to feel valued when even critical projects seem irrelevant. Watching all this makes me wonder how the company is surviving at all.
RIF...not a shocker
I have seen many employees let go due to RIF in the last decade and I guess today is my turn. Humana you are right...we don't have the same values. Unlike you, I care about people and ethics...doing what is morally right.
Specialty Org?
Any whisperings about RIFs in Specialty?
Snp
they are offering OT for snp CM. Does this mean we may be safe from layoffs? Thoughts? I
Outsourcing and AI
Both will cut costs. And AI will work around the clock with no complaints or recurring expenses. Loki knows the score.
The number of ERP takers will determine RIFs
Roughly, that is. I’d really like to know where we stand on both. Better communication would make a huge difference.
Disappearing Act
The thread yesterday about threads and messages disappearing has disappeared!!!
Team culture and leadership problems
Team culture is not good whatsoever and leadership is not involved at all, they say they are but they are not, and at the same time opportunities are hard to come by which is hurting everybody. This has been going on for a long time and nothing is... — read more
Two Word Summary....
Humana has a..... TRUST PROBLEM. Those two words summarize all that has been posted in this public forum. A trust problem, internally and externally, which has been festering for YEARS. From the top down. Once trust is lost, good luck getting it... — read more
Anyone indifferent about everything?
Just curious, are there others who are indifferent about the ERP/RIF situation? I had suspicion this would happen back in January and was shocked it didn't happen sooner. It was such a non surprise, that I called my family and they were like, "you... — read more
Resignation and scheduled vacation
Is one required to work out their 2 week notice if they have scheduled pto that has already been approved? I resigned today with notice but my leader says that I'm required to work out my 2 weeks and that vacation will need to be cancelled.
Town Hall Today - sock edition
Irrelevant but funny. George looking very Kentucky today with his elephant socks, hiring two new fancy titles who didn't wear socks at all. They looked Tower, George looked Waterside. All just spewed word salads was impressed with our "culture"... — read more

There was 1 decent leader left.......
Yes, I was Riffe'd, yes, then I took the ERP. When Japan arrived and Eric T. was dismissed in a day with a single generic email, I knew what the future held. I speculate of course, but I think he stood up to Japan and voiced his opinion which clearly... — read more
RTO
RTO- it’s a thing…… I hadn’t heard it until today’s Insurance call.
Town hall
Was not able to make it to the town hall thus far. can anyone give the highlights?
Let. Us. Go.
We have been here for years, jumped through all the hoops, played the office politics, survived all previous RIFs. We are accepting the early retirement program for different reasons but few of us are actually “retiring”. It’s a bit scary but... — read more
CW President: Putting on a smile without doing a thing
Amazing job by him today explaining how the ship is sailing high on the seas while morale is low and he’s being sued by his previous employer!
How is a nurse "selling" mbrs on using CWP legal?
Any lawyers here to provide input on this, or anyone aware of the laws related to this?

Leaders can access ERP eligibility and status
FYI that leaders now have access to see everyone under them who was eligible for ERP and the status of each eligible person (enrolled, waived, no response). Obviously, this sets up associates age 50 and over for potential bias and age discrimination... — read more

ERP
Hey Jimmy! If you are reading this ( haha) please let those of us who” critical” employees take the ERP! It would help you reach your profit margins sooner!
ERP - anyone still on the fence?
Any more intel on coming RIFs or numbers that have accepted ERP?
Why ERP and still post positions
indeed and linked In have multiple Humana SNF UM positions listed. So RIF long term employees and hire new ones at lower pay.
