So I'm posting it here. Employees are judged by appearance and flattery, not performance. During layoffs, favorites stay and hard workers go. People are bullied for personal matters. HR isolates anyone who speaks up.

I just wish our business and tech leaders could generate enough revenue and deliver products that work for our clients so Fiserv wouldn’t have to layoff employees. When you’re not growing anything but expenses, people lose their jobs.

There is a 6-8% layoff incoming. Certain divisions and teams are getting hit harder. Managers have some choice and decisions will be made by the end of August. It will finish by the end of October. Good luck
