Trying to read the tea leaves here. Does anyone have credible info or rumors on which specific departments or orgs are in scope for this round? Just trying to plan ahead and see if we need to start dusting off our resumes. Any insight is appreciated.need to get ready.

I got laid off today at Target. I was only making $12 an hour and barely got any hours.
Any openings at Fiserv? I dropped out of University of Nebraska. So I can start work immediately. I'm a good good worker.
You work for Fiserv. All employees should keep their resume up to date and looking for alternative employment. Fiserv isn't going to look out for you, so you need to look out for yourself.
more layoffs are certain. A bit of advise- Don’t justify your role or feel you are more important than you are. At the end of the day you are a row on an Excel spreadsheet. Don’t have false sense of security if your name gets called 10 times a day in various meetings by senior leaders. I paid the price by being oblivious and not reading the situation. At the same time, don’t give up and not contribute. It will make you into the list automatically.
@ap Holiday layoffs are the worst. I thought Takis is better than that. Guess they are all same at the end of the day.
All the ICs will be laid off and only the MC will be left to do the "work". Good luck.

The current round is likely over, but Q3 is not going to be good. Expect it to be a bloodbath during the holidays.

Anyone not looking to retire within the next few years should have been updating their resume and keep an eye on what’s out there and be prepared. The only ones who haven’t been looking are the old timers close to retirement or well past their retirement age.
