Has anyone been told the assessment meeting themes for each rank group by their supervisor? I was shocked when I heard them. What a bunch of garbage.

Supervisors in the US are told each year to rank the BTC expats in the USA high and push down the American workers. Happening in Houston, Midland, and Carlsbad.

Are only PIPs used to reduce workforce?

How many RSUs do people typically get at CL24, CL25, CL26 and above for Excellent vs. Outstanding ratings? Does Trading having different compensation structure?

It is funny talking to people who used to work at ExxonMobil. They have no idea just how quickly and how much worse things have gotten.
