How's it looking on cuts?

5 people left our team in the last 2 months. Everyone else is looking for new jobs. It’s becoming genuinely concerning, seems like a race on who’s going to get out first.

I’m seeing only 10 paid days for new employees in Cisco. Usually other companies offer 14-28 paid days based on joining time and service. Is this correct or am I mistaken? Also is the work life balance in UI/UX teams any good?

Is oddly different. gone are the days of ppl posting about "holy sh-t am I losing my job today?" to.. "TAKE ME PLEASE!!" or "Dear god, wtf hasn't my # come up yet?" or "man I hope tommorrow had a 15m 1:1 when I wake up!"

They've known about it for a while. And they still set up layoffs. We're living at an age where record earnings don't provide any job security for employees. How messed up is that?
