Anyone know when we will know if we are safe or not? Sure heard first week of August but how is that when they keep changing the dates of everything else?

This is psychological warfare extending the date two weeks. If anyone gets emails and could tell us the role you’re in and if you get approved, that would be helpful. This is beyond fu---d up. That place is fu--ing garbage.

Anyone willing to share what area they are in (keeping in mind this is all anonymous)? Clearly, not all of us are receiving information at the same time. I wonder why they're staggering the information that's going out to people who applied.

Just got an email asking what separation date I would choose. I am in a role that needs staggered separation dates. Sept 2026 December 2026 March 2027 May 2027 August 2027 November 2027

Just curious, any departments getting word of additional duties? If so, list your dept. and if comfortable, your additional duties.

I didn't take the VSP benefits package. So when do I find out or when do they do those cuts.

So why wouldn't we be notified of the people leaving or changes in leadership if we work in PHCO? Also I don't have a town hall marked in my calendar for the 29th either..is this corporate or specific PHCO departments?

All these leaders are jumping ship with a nice financial cushion to fall back on, while the rest of us are left waiting anxiously, wondering what’s next.

In past layoffs, does anyone come to you with a list of names and you give your feedback on who you can let go? Do they look to performance reviews? Something I was informed of led me to believe that feed back from PL will be applied in this layoff.

Are companies required by law to provide severance?

I seriously just got a call from a recruiter asking me if I was job hunting. I said yes. He said the job was as a clinical review nurse for Centene! WTF?!! We fighting got our lives here and they already looking to replace us with temps!

This regime tried nothing and is all out of ideas. MFN would have stayed in Washington and fought for not only us, but also everyone on ACA so they woulld have affordable healthcare.

The waiting is excruciating. So ready to go. And no I am not just gonna leave just here for support. Centene is not the same anymore.

Does anyone have any exact insight on how long will they keep those that applied for VSP? I know it depends on needs I am just wanting to know if anyone has any specifics. The waiting is difficult. Just trying hard to keep busy.

I wonder if the VSP will be offered again if they don't get the number that they were wanting. I was back & forth, but decided not to take it. Now I'm wondering if I should have.
