Any authorization specialist get a VSP approval/denial?

The later dates are because they will use AI to process auths but need time to ensure it’s all working correctly first. They have done same in other departments. Quietly used AI to handle workload and will “unload” what will now become obsolete—-The employees.
@ab Based on the UM Townhall meeting this month it seems like AI will be processing authorizations.
DID ANYONE GET DENIED ?
Just a thought, wondering if it’s so long bc they are implementing the outsource or training AI to do it and don’t want to hire anyone else until a solution is in place.
