Has anyone heard that the severance pay is going from 1 paycheck/2 weeks of pay per every year of service to 1 week of pay per year of service? I’m really hoping it’s not true.

I’ve been hearing that a few heads have been turned, which makes me wonder if there are layoffs or broader cuts happening. Does anyone have more insight into what’s going on?

Is the company still seriously committed to the email business, or are we seeing signs that it’s becoming less of a priority?

When will we know the next release of closing stores? We all know there are more reductions coming down the line and other changes will likely happen to especially since they have changed Manager Roles example OSM and MBA , won’t be surprised if AST’s and other support roles are the next cuts

I know no one cares, but this utter nonsense of hub consolidation, has costed my family $180K per year with my husband letting go of his job to follow me to hub, as he has similar colocation issues too from his company if he moves out of state. What’s up with these corporate id--ts? Why aren’t they fired for poor performance? We need to write to Trump.

We always have layoffs in October, I don't see why this year would be different.

Penobscot Community Health Care is closing its Adult Wellness Center in Bangor. The organization is also eliminating sixteen administrative positions. These changes are a result of financial challenges. Rising costs and reimbursement issues are impacting the nonprofit. The health center serves approximately 50,000 Mainers.

There have been small groups of layoffs trying to run “under the radar” that have begun at USI. I don’t really see the point of letting people with meager salaries go and keeping execs who literally do nothing and cutting them could actually result in substantial savings. Just giving everyone a warning!

Obviously things are good in the US with this many hires last month yet Dell is in another major canning spree...

We continue to do great numbers too quarter after quarter. Makes no sense other than MD getting bad advice from JC to cut cut cut.

I highly doubt either of them know whats actually happening in the trenches.

Did you heard that company is very surprised by token cost due cursor usage ?
Now they will cut it off, while leaving lots of “engineers” incapable of writing code sitting on their as--s because they can’t do anything meaningful by themselves.
People who are capable already left or leaving, it will be hilarious seeing MI crashing in few next months.

Since I haven’t had a raise in 3 years this will be the first time I don’t donate in almost 20 years. Executives can pick up the slack as their compensation increases are significant every year and outpacing what employees are receiving by a large margin.

We know another round is coming. The only question is when.

What’s the latest on the US? We are literally going to drown with all the people already cut.

It's been round after round of layoffs, and I keep asking myself the same question: has any of this actually worked? The numbers might look good on paper, but morale is in the gutter and the best people are walking. The cuts aren't solving anything, they're just making the problem worse.

Another layoff day today to start off the month but so far it's been quiet. Anyone hearing a big wave coming later in September/October? I've heard whispers that certain groups will be impacted in Q4. Let's wait and see.

The way company is doing things unsustainable. OK, let’s use this SAP shut down as a reason to force more cr-p in so we will have so much product that we won’t be able to get through in September, and then it will be quarter close and it will start all over again last two weeks of September With the BS nos orders, that they will come up with some reason to justify sending in, just stop lying, and let’s stop playing this game, end dsd already. Its not working. Stop making up lies for sending in extra product, we’re all sick and tired of it…

I keep seeing people say that 10/8 is a confirmed layoff date and that folks would get a 30 day notification if they’re impacted. Isn’t it a 60 day requirement?
