Chewing fingernails
Saw this in a client meeting. Won’t miss the nervous ticks, let alone figuring out how not to shake hands!
For Sale
Time to hang a For Sale sign in the window. We’ve heard speculation for years about selling off parts but why not the whole thing? Even if it’s parts to multiple buyers.
what does it take to get bought out
serious question.. given the stock price, people being pushed out, nepos in management, no real long-term plan, etc., can we be bought out by another company?
Fiserv’s new CEO retains team
The company took immediate steps to retain other top executives. Suryadevara was promoted to president on Monday, according to an analyst report from TD Cowen. A Fiserv spokesperson declined to comment on that information. Also, Chief Financial... — read more
Nothing will change
It's amusing reading all this speculation when we all know deep down that nothing will change. The same thing that always happens will happen again. We'll see more layoffs, more outsourcing, more "do more with less" rhetoric, and more of the same for... — read more
Truist employees here
Give us the scoop on Lyons. Already sent corporate email to all of Truist saying hello. More info coming soon. We are ecstatic to get rid of our current CEO to a forced retirement. What does Mike think about hybrid. Working from home 2-3 days a... — read more
What should Takis do to gain your confidence?
What would make you think, hey, this might not have been such a bad thing after all?
Mike left
Lmao Mike came in, penalized the teams leaving hard workers out of their jobs and sending layoffs. Now he is out in 13 months tell me he didn’t do well in his job. The leadership changes that took place lately and continuous after Frank left clearly... — read more
Fiserv Board of Directors to be nominated for worst pumice company Board (ever)
They presided over more than $100 BILLION of value destruction and continue to enjoy quarterly catered chicken lunches and nearly $350,000 in annual fees.
Does Takis keep Dhivya around??
Hope not, she has ruined FIG and it will be a drag to the financials for a long time because of her inability to lead
Lyon knew this is a sinking ship
It’s evident that a seasoned professional knew he is unable to save this company and the company’s performance is damaging his professional reputation . Changing hands is just delaying the inevitable. The replacement was a necessity and nothing more... — read more
Takis is a seasoned industry veteran
We could have ended up with somebody who has absolutely no idea what he/she is doing. At least there's that to be grateful for.
Communication
I'm curious what type of communication was sent to employees about the exit and new CEO. Hopefully they have an all hands and give reassurance.
Don't get your hopes up
A change in leadership changes nothing for us. Rotten culture and corporate greed are the real problem.
How much did ML actually get paid (not worthless stock)
Interested in the cash amount or actual stock amount he was able to sell, or sign on bonuses actually received etc Assuming this is public information
Takis will make Fiserv great again!
I have faith!
Please Add Fiserv to the list containing Blackberry, Circuit City, Radio Shack.. Extinct..
Get out while you can, save your hard earned dollars fro your family's sake.. you had sacrificed your family time to make contributions to Fiserv stock .. here you are.. Circuit City, Radio Shack, Blockbuster, Fiserv....
ML distain for employees?
What are people referring to? Have seen a few posts about this. I also missed the town hall where I read in a few comments that it apparently broke through a couple of times
My main concern
is whether the new guy will be good for employees. That's all I care about. We've had others that have been good for the company and the stock but not for us. I hope this one will be different.
acid test for new ceo
if the new guy schedules an all-hands this week And includes at least some assurances that he’ll treat us like actual human beings, there’s a chance he could be a good leader. If he doesn’t, then he’s an axe man who wants to get rid of as many of us... — read more

Dear Mike Lyons
We are not mad at you. You stepped into this circus unknowingly.....best of luck
ANY OTHER NEWS
Any other news to make stock decrease further......we may just hit $20.00 a share.
At least he can't be worse than Frank
Right? As bad as Mike was, he was still better than Frank.
Shouldn't the outgoing CEO be required to take with him all executive hires he made in past 12months?
Start with Divya please.
Mike Lyons is Proof
that if you’re handsome and halfway articulate you will get many opportunities to fail upwards. Only way to explain it for how incompetent he was here
What incentive was there for Lyons to stay?
You’re spending a year fixing someone else’s disaster. Activist investors are circling. Employees hate the cuts. Shareholders hate the stock. Then a top 10 U.S. bank offers you its CEO seat. Who wouldn’t take that deal?
I'm gonna stay positive
We wanted change, we got change. Let's wait for at least a few months or even weeks before we form our opinions on whether the new CEO will be good or bad for us. Or is that too much to ask for?
Employee Vote on New CEO

Takis was a partner at McKinsey
This spells nothing but doom for employees
Thank god this chapter is over - let’s get it right now.
Best news this year - Mike is out. Maybe now we have someone who actually understands payments and really cares about people instead of just saying it. Now let’s get Dhivya out of here and we may have a chance.
Prepare for huge layoffs
The new CEO will want to make an impression from the start. My guess is he'll do it by cutting costs, whether that's needed or realistic or not. It happened with every new CEO and it'll happen with this one. The higher-ups fu-k up and we pay the... — read more

New CEO
On a scale of 1 to "heading back to the FB-plantation" how will the employees fair?
The entire Board should resign!
This has been the worst handled succession plan by a Board since Jack Welch retired from GE. Now the only option left will be to no real up the company. Clover alone is worth the current market cap. Mike was never the right selection but the fact... — read more
