What are people referring to? Have seen a few posts about this. I also missed the town hall where I read in a few comments that it apparently broke through a couple of times

ML was pushing for the firing of several staff members going through mental health episodes which were effecting their performance.
Supposedly under ML the layoffs that happened earlier this year were worse than what happened under FB but I haven’t seen any numbers to prove that. I think that’s what they are referring to. ML didn’t real let buck the FB tradition of consistent layoffs.
