Bisignano broke it beyond repair. Yabuki set the table for him to do so.
Can anyone fix Fiserv? Not sure that it can be fixed as is. Maybe splintered and sold off in pieces but that's harder to do than it sounds. There is no quick fix. The market sees Fiserv for what it is. Fiserv needs new revenue. That's the market that matters. Who is going to buy from this mess?
Certainly FB or JY are not capable of fixing it.
If you really like Frank and Jeff that much, go work for them where they are now. Bringing them back would be a bad idea, especially Frank. He is one of the worst CEO's ever.
Oh to be back in the Yabuki era- good times, great culture, he cared about employees and clients- a true leader in every sense of the word. Really miss that guy- he should still be here but they forced him out. Is it’s a completely different company now :(
We don’t need Frank Biswag back. He is the reason this company is a ——hole today. I loved when Jeff Yabuki was our CEO. He cared about us the employees and the client. This new CEO will be just like Frankie. Buckle up people
