LOL...FIG is already ruined. Clients are leaving in droves.
Her downfall is attrition and segment leaders directly influence that the most and she has put some wrong people in place. She needs to course correct ASAP to survive since she is horrible client facing and needs this team to deliver!!! Relationship matter with clients
