Pepsi Layoffs 2026
Thoughts? Any Pepsi layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?
Laying off this many people is going to come back and bite the company hard
Cutting roles that deal directly with clients and partners is especially short-sighted, but it won’t stop there. Even the so-called “mundane” jobs carry institutional knowledge that doesn’t show up on a spreadsheet. The idea that AI can just step in... — read more
Bonus payout - stay through 12/31 or P3?
Seeing conflicting things around how long I need to stay to get bonus paid out. I'm an L9 looking to put in 2 weeks notice in the New Year. To get my bonus, do I have to work through 12/31 this year or through the actual payout date?

“Layoffs” Last Week
I don’t believe they laid off that many people in corporate offices last week. There was no need for HR to send out that email in North America.
Any guesses on bonus?

If you work here, consider yourself a target

Nothing where I’m at. But there have been a lot of rumors about more coming on Monday. I know we’re in this for the long haul, but I’d really like to know whether we’ll at least be left alone until the holidays are over.
So this means Steven is next CEO ?
I guess anything is better than Ramon. Or ram. Just gotta outlast whatever time it takes for them to kick RL to the curb.

I'm honestly low-key sad I wasn't laid off. I don't relish not having a job, but I look forward even less to staying here and having to deal with this company's cr-p and more never-ending cuts. I swear, layoffs sound like a better option. At least... — read more

Has anybody been laid off today?
Now that the week is over, I'm just trying to figure out how long exactly it took to wrap things up. Just to be better prepared for the future.
Nobody is safe anymore
A coworker who got laid off is one of the best people we had. He always got perfect reviews and everyone respected him. If they can just let someone like that go, then it's clear that none of our jobs are secure. That reality is hard to ignore.
