Has anyone been asked to pay back a relocation after being in role over a year? Has anyone not paid/ or has paid give me any details.

The new exit strategy: email a Director+ that their behavior is "disappointing," attach 10 examples, and wait for the check. No relo clawback, and anything less than a full buyout is documented retaliation.
There’s trillions of $$$ in bad debt. No agency will pursue this.
Correct, currently no relo packages. But, company will pay H1B fees.
To the OP: yes you will need to repay.
Yes. It is in your employment agreement that YOU signed. Just pay it back or you will have a judgement against you.
Didn’t even know this broke company offered relo anymore lmao
