Yep, they hate US American workers.

The building is empty because they are laying off most US employees, especially NY, and transitioning those roles to Mexico & India. Part of Athina's S&T 'revenue' strategy - LOL

Agree, purchase location in NY is a horrible spot for a global HQ. Inaccessible for the majority of talent that lives in NY and NJ. Major mistake made when the long term land deal was signed pre Covid

Whoever decided that NY location was a good place to have an HQ, I hope you're having the life you deserve.

If you think the merchandiser is the problem, you're missing the problem. That employee spends two hours a day in his car, unpaid, in the hardest role in the company to fill, probably at low-$20s an hour, and we keep piling complexity on him. That's why the stock isn't moving. As a former GM, I ran a business at 25%+ margin by solving these situations locally. Sector and HQ are chasing 15. That should be embarrassing.

Ha- true HR is nowhere to be found. And they get paid more per level.

@be Reading comprehension isn't your thing. Must be management. I took a job near my house because I was promised the route by the office. Six months in, I'm told I have to drive 50 miles each way before my day even starts. Anyone who thinks this is ok is clearly delusional to why people quit. Good news is I have an interview with Amazon thats 3 miles away and pays $6 more an hour.

What are they going to do if do not show up? Every team has been downsized and the remaining resources are stretched to the bone. Less resources, more responsibilities, and no bump in pay.

Must be nice to have an office job. My shift starts at 1 AM, and I’ve got 20 pallets to handle tonight. I’m driving to my first stop now because I got bumped off the route by the office just two minutes from where I live. Instead, I’m stuck driving 50 miles one way on my own dime, staying in debt to pay for a car and a apartment, only to repeat it all again. F off!
