comments very appreciated...
and not forget layoffs where announced January ´26 .....
I don't understand. Will we see changes to commission-based employees next fiscal?
In the first time in years, HR actually cared about asking our opinion about new employee benefits. Imagine that ! After all the cutting, they finally listened and said: what can we do to help our employees and provide them a more competitive benefit package ? The options which I chose were:
What say you ?
Today's all hands confirm one more time that the Unfiltered survey is only s checkbox to say to employees: provide your feedback, we receive it but we do not care about it.
They spent maybe 2 minutes on today's all hands on the topic...+40% of employees not trusting the board are not enough to worry the board. An email saying they are going thoroughly through the feedback and take actions is all what they do... truly a sad and shameless joke!

Survey is open. But be honest.
All in all, I finally gave this awful bank a truthful and brutally honest review as it’s through a third party. Either way I don’t really care if they find out it was me or not because I’m so done with this toxic bullsh-t we all put ourselves through every single day. I’m curious what you people put on your surveys and if you are as done as I am
Has anyone actually heard from leadership (your boss, VPs, Presidents, etc) about the VoE survey at all?
They published a high-level review of the results and promised to talk about it with us, and here we are months later without a single word being said.
TMs be sure to absolutely just blast your SM on the Peakon Survey. I know some of them are decent but it's about a lot more than that. You want to make CMs and VPs squirm. Put in the comments, be harsh and do not go easy. Answer everything with zeros and be as spiteful as you can. Understand the surveys are not about making changes, it's about how effective the propaganda is and it lets them judge how far they can pressure you before things explode. Do not assume good intentions, under no circumstances. That place is an evil toxic he-l hole!
Just remember the Pulse Survey is not Anonymous and will be used against you!
been on flma leave. Has the employee culture survey results been released yet and how did HR do this year with changing the work environment for the better ?!?!?
Results received by Kevin, Stef & Senthil and they couldn’t be worse. Some of the worst / lowest in years.
They are trying to sweep them under the rug and write them off as people are always upset during times of change.
Kevin & Senthil called out repeatedly in comments for little to no ability to lead, motivate, communicate, arrogance, condescending behavior, etc….
They are trying their hardest to not share these results with the teams / larger organization.
If they aren’t held accountable we should stage a walkout fur a day to get CC attention.
Survey of 1000 exhausted sales reps says…
Does everyone submit your feedback on your Boss in The Real Deal bot survey ? My boss never reminded me to take this survey anytime ;) Are they scared? Is this for real or another junk
Looking at the feedback and followups from the flaccid ‘fireside chat’ meetings, you will see that Eliza was used to collate responses and determine what the outcomes were. There are bullets that spouted off management groomed responses. All you see is that all BNY working people are excited and thrilled with the direction of the company. Then Eliza somehow determined that people agree with the direction of management and our mission. Lastly, people felt the top level communication was very informative and appropriate.
Let that sink in and ask yourself, does anyone believe this speaks for the majority of people working here? Anyone?
It’s now official. Eliza is a lying BS tool that truly is artificial ‘intelligentsia’ at BNY’s elite management level. Not intelligence at all.
And remember… survey is NOT anonymous or feedback taken seriously by leadership.
Here’s a suggestion for X, why don’t you send a survey out to all staff when they can reply anonymously (or not if they wish) and tell the SLT what’s REALLY happening out there. No hiding just pure honesty.
Why is so urgent that surveys be done? Are they used to target reductions?
Our team in Data and AI was recently pushed hard to complete the OHS survey. Initially, only about 45% had responded, but then management started chasing everyone who hadn’t filled it out yet.
At this point, I’m really starting to wonder — is it actually voluntary and anonymous?
Anyone else getting the same pressure or feeling the same way?
How many on here still working for the company vs moved on to another gig?
Man if anyone thought the results were bad this year wait until next year! Chances of any of us getting a bonus this year, highly unlikely.
Pulse is optional but we are pressured to take it or else my store looks like a store with lots of concerns. Upper management with non stop pressure. The survey is good but the top top big wigs forcing it is BAD. So if you ask me it’s mandatory. If yall got low participation be ready all the visits
Although survey results have not been published, leaders are already touting it as a huge success solely based on the number of teammates that responded, which is up from years past. As has been mentioned before, it does not matter how bad the actual responses are, if they get high participation, executive management sees it as a win; they see it as teammates caring, engaged, and believing executive management listens (and will do something about issues).
Are employee surveys anonimous and confidential for real or are they just lying to us?
For whatever reason I think they are tracking us? What does this forum think?
They can see your email address in the metadata. Saw the manager's version of the job aid. Probably not a huge shocker.
Survey; are they any GT teams left that feel supported and content with their leaders, VP’s and above? Or is that a thing of the past?
Why does this company need an engagement survey to find out how people feel about the company? The fact that 90% of the people they hire quit within 2 months should tell them everything they need to know.
Two surveys today in email and neither one works. Are they trying to trick us?
For managers with >10 direct reports, are you able to see who it was on your team that answered a question a certain way, or provided a comment, on the employee survey? Or is it truly completely anonymous? I'm trying to determine if the survey is simply "confidential" or if it's "anonymous", and whether managers with a lot of direct reports can narrow it down to who said what.
Engagement Pulse Survey (employee satisfaction survey) is going to be sent out early in November. The result of this thing seems to be nr. 1 priority of our management around here...
Our overlords care the most about two questions in particular in the survey:
The rest of the questions is fluff and they even admitted it openly the other day...
The last time most people did not bother filling it in and some of those few who did submitted answers that were less than praise (since it is an anonymous survey).
Consequently, there was a mandatory follow-up investigation session where one of the FLM's loyal minions was tasked to find out who the troubkemakers are... They went about it by saying on a Teams call: "raise your hand if you trust the manager"...
This time around we are all asked to go into a prep-session where we will be instructed on "how to properly understand the questions" prior to filling in the survey and we are encouraged to then fill it in together...
So - I expect we will go from the lowest employee happiness ever which (was the last survey's result to the highest employee happiness ever) and then there will be rounds of applause and patting on shoulders circling around in newsletters and the local talking heads will have stuff to talk about till the christmass and will be thanking each other and nominating each other for employees of the quarter based on this while we will be witnessing more stealthy firings, clients leaving, teams & roles blending and so on.
And this stuff is orchestrated by individuals who also send out non-anonymous feedback requests about their performance to their subordinates and then they read out loud the praise they get in front of all who had to participate.
CEE in a nutshell for all y'all.
I was wondering if they were going to cook the books on the engagement survey. Either folks were scared that any negative reviews would be traced back to them, or they only took the survey results from Sr. Management. I don't know a single person who gave them a good response. Complete sh-t show.
if you did get it, is it one of those "are you happy with your job" type of thing? I never respond to these since I get paranoid of being retaliated
I don’t want your Loyalty.
They don’t do anything with the results anyway.
I would love to see Employees results by line item starting with Director up, AD’s we already know kiss the ring. Folks should propose that since it is (ha ha) Anonymous. Then I bet 100% not one has the kahuna’s to say the truth and be all butter cuz they live to the standards of my house is bigger than yours, my new Benz is better than your Bentley. My kids college costs me 250k a year.God forbid they told how they really feel because then their kids in college about to get hired by ATT would not. No different than the obvious ethnic pulling in, even married in the same org.
Don't forget to fill out your common review to highlight all your accomplishments over the year and also submit your peer reviews. If you go above and beyond and are a high performer management will reward you with a low merit score of a 2 or 3 and give you no bonus only to give 3 and 4 scores to those who kiss their behinds and are their favorites. Then place you on a CAP if your lucky only to lay you off. Also, please fill out your survey as they care about your feedback
The mail from Gina just came in.
I will focus on my team and my manager. I cannot really say much about upper management or board, as I am too new.
But it is a good sign that SAP offers the opportunity to provide feedback. Hopefully people will have lots of good ideas how to improve the company.
Who filled out the Pulse survey? And more importantly - were you brutally honest?
Was this actually anonymous like oxy said? I’ve heard mixed stories on whether these are actually anonymous or not.
