Anyone know anything about the suspected wealth changes now that the “leader” is hitting his 100 day milestone? Sounds like it’s in Oct. - saw a post a while ago that mentioned fall shifts.. is this it?

He doesn’t want all the leaders at his table? Potentially merging groups within his leadership. SLs will turn into PLs and their skills along with SMs will be reassessed.. as they merge “delivery” under technology. Hearing VP IC in jeopardy. Delivery teams will merge. Whatever happened to BME? Not that it was working.

2 groups in wealth are quite large and hearing he doesn’t like top heavy. I’d appreciate the shake up since my group is a joke.

Was told by Kiker direct that BCMs moving to business and control will have centralized oversight and closer engagement with second line. Makes sense and just like other efficiencies, this is going to have staff reduction to weed out all the unnecessary layers with control.

Comcast is planning to cut jobs at its biggest unit that houses its Xfinity internet, mobile and pay television business, a source familiar with the matter said on Friday, as the company attempts to centralize operations and bolster its broadband business.

Starting January, Comcast will remove a layer between the corporate and regional offices, a shake-up that will streamline the management of the unit but also reduce headcount.

Any thoughts on the reorg ?

More layoffs today as part of "reorganizing" aka send more jobs over to India. Laid off some long time key players. Not sure how that will help with their tech consolidation. This place just continues to tank morale. Sad.

It appears that another major reorganization may be announced this week. I’ve heard it could affect benefits—possibly pensions in particular. That said, the source isn’t especially reliable, so it’s difficult to know for sure.

With the acquisition of FL coming any rumblings of reorgs within DSG?

Looking to file a class action. They know information integral to our decision on what to post for, share it with a select few, tell selective lies and half truths to the extent that this reorg is unfair and favors those privy to this information over others. Heard from more than a few that conversations with reps/job owners steer into way too personal questions in an attempt to disqualify us.

Don’t share too much, but if anyone knows of a specialty law firm to get started.

The pending reorg is draining the company. There’s no information and no transparency about what’s coming next. At the same time, leadership keeps asking for more and more work without providing org clarity. Do they realize how unreasonable it feels to demand so much while sharing so little?

With the CEO stepping down, it’s hard not to feel uncertain about what’s next. Whoever takes over is likely to bring major changes. And we all know that frontline employees are usually the first to feel the impact of any reorganization or cuts. The economy’s slipping, the job market isn’t great, and many of us are already stretched thin, both financially and emotionally. A little stability would go a long way in easing the pressure we’ve all been feeling. But right now, it’s hard to see where that might come from.

As a cost cutting measure both sites are now under one leadership team. The next step is to start eliminating duplicate roles.

Get ready for a wild ride

Any one have any clue when they are going to start announcing the new structure and who is reporting into whom?
