Monday is a sure thing…layoffs. It is emotional..waiting to find out if you are being let go or not. You also think about yours friends and co-workers and feel dread for them as well. I am sure Monday will be a LONG day.

What's the status of the Genius launch? Announced at Investor Day but I'm not seeing it talked about in the market. Are we planning a big launch and roll out? How do I get a ticket to the party and some swag?

Cameron, it’s a yes or no answer if there will be layoffs this year. I’m sure McKinsey has already told him there will be. He always avoids answering it transparently.

Seems more and more folks are becoming fed up with the conditions, empty promises and additional responsibilities. I know of three that are leaving this week. Sadly most will not even be made aware they have handed in notice.
