@OP Wall St analysts hoping it's before Feb 13th (next earnings report) so they get a clean look at our full year forecast for 2026 as a combined company.
Then we have to get after those cost synergies before end of the 1st quarter so we can get off to a fast start.
Don't suspect much action before the deal closes. Enjoy your holidays!
