Most of us liked our jobs as opposed to hating it like these days. What happened in such a relatively short period?

I proposed updating our slow and outdated system and got told "if it ain't broke..." With an attitude like that, failure is all but guaranteed.

Rather than allow a TINY bit of WFH flexibility which costs the company ZERO DOLLARS and saves associates COMMUTING COSTS they will waste money on a parking garage for a building we LEASE. HOW IS THIS THE SOLUTION?????

We’re overworked, underpaid, and the people making the big decisions wouldn’t last a week in our roles. It shouldn't be this hard to make a living. It really shouldn't.

We are from an old company which fiserv bought and are asked to surrender old laptops, can we get a personal laptop amd use guest network in the bh office ?
