Has anyone been forced to take PTO before the end of Q3 (April 23rd)? I was asked to submit PTO at least 5 days, on a very short notice.. I felt this was so wrong!! This might happen again in Q4. Can anyone confirm if that’s actually the plan?

75% Red Badge cut in CX centers. Delivery centers to follow in the next 6 months. I can confirm that the CX center redbadge cut has already happened. Cisco is planning a 15% blue badge cut in Q4-Q1 time frame.
