I currently work on the Medicare side, just went through teams/email organization tree to see what impact 9/4 had. All of inside sales were wiped out, and field sales are very few. What changes have you noticed in your department?

Has anyone who separated on 9/4 gotten an update as to when the payout will occur? Also will anything deter you from getting the VSP? I just have so many questions and concerns and it was written poorly; leaving a ton of questions

If you thought the cuts were done, or mostly done, wrong. The Org cuts will occur Dec. Most will be told early to mid Nov. CN wants everyone off the books by Jan. Welcome to the magical 3% plus margin goal. Stock should do well though..

Does anyone know when benefits will expire after VSP separation date 9/4?

I am confused why they have these roles available, did they lay off too many nurses or what? Is this something Sarah didn’t think through, now you are offering 2500-5000 sign on bonus for these roles.

What is the difference for anyone let go immediately on 8/10? They essentially rec'd four weeks additional pay just like VSP and they didn't have to work! Their severance begins 9/4 just like VSP.

Two more days and I have not had the best luck scoring interviews. What are some suggestions other than LinkedIn to search for jobs?
