For those whom took the VSP or impacted by ISP, what happened to your 401k loan?

Did you have to pay the balance remaining immediately or did Fidelity Investments allow you to continue making biweekly payments?

For those who received the ISP. Has anyone gotten the letter? I have only received the email for returning the equipment.

I have yet to receive anything regarding Dayforce, ISP severance, or anything of that nature. I’ve only received an email stating my information in Dayforce has been updated. They had no problem sending emails about sending this raggedy @$$ equipment back so they clearly they have my correct email on file. Anyone else waiting???

I wanted to put something in writing rather than let it sit, because I know a lot of you are feeling this too.
Based on some of the comments posted It's been suggested that people should be more upbeat about the VSP/ISP changes, and I don't think that's fair. Nobody made a decision like accepting a separation package lightly. For a lot of us, this isn't just a job ending — it's years, sometimes decades, of investment in this organization that we once felt was serving our members and communities. Being asked to greet this change in your livelihood with a cheerful face doesn't erase what it actually feels like, and downplaying it doesn't reflect well on whoever is asking for the cheerfulness. In this industry we all are aware that change is inevitable. But being reassured by your PL your team is safe and suddenly advised your last day is in two weeks hurts.
Caring about how this is handled doesn't mean someone isn't grateful for their time here or isn't committed to doing good work until the day they leave. Staying professional and finishing strong is not the same as pretending this doesn't hurt — both things can be true at once.
I'd also ask that people keep in mind: many of us aren't just colleagues to each other. We may well end up as members on the other side of the services we've spent our careers building. That connection — and that responsibility — doesn't disappear because a title does. Please always remember elevators work both ways. You may be headed up one day and down the next. Learn that a kind word and a small bit of empathy for all will go a long way. I wish everyone well

How do i log in to dayforce? I tried calling HR and recording says they have higher than normal volume and they cant get the call. I tried twice.

I was a VSP employee and want to see what my last paycheck looks like.

Also I contacted COBRA and my premium will be $1143/month just medical. Still have not received word on how much of a subsidy Centene will provide.

Did the ISP employees get subsidized cobra? Whether you are VSP or ISP its still a challenging journey.

Has anyone signed their severance agreement yet? It says you have to receive your final paycheck, that would be this Friday. Payroll is most likely processed already. Will this negate the agreement?

I currently work on the Medicare side, just went through teams/email organization tree to see what impact 9/4 had. All of inside sales were wiped out, and field sales are very few. What changes have you noticed in your department?

I shared I took the vsp around the last working day and the vibes were hella weird. I mean it was kin of awkward our last day. Some people leaving due to vsp..some got Rifd ..supervisor got RIFD wasnt even there the last day.Did any of you get a vibe that your team was envious or ignoring you once you finally revealed you took the vsp or found a new job 🤔?Its unfortunate what the ISP people are going through. It just revealed how noncohesive that team really was.

Has anyone heard about the new Medicaid Accounting Cash Team that’s supposedly being created? Looks like the team may be formed as part of the restructuring related to the VSP/ISP, with some, if not all, Accountant I and II positions on the Medicaid side potentially transitioning to the new team. Just wondering if anyone has heard more details or can confirm.

Sp exactly how many ppl do they want to eliminate by ISP and VSP?

Has anyone received their release notice? My separation date is September 4th but wondering if there is verbiage about not starting a new job for a certain time frame...curious what is in this release...

You know how when a party is winding down and there are just a few stragglers left. That is how my team is starting to feel from almost 70 at one time to about 17 left after ISP and VSP. It's been a gradual decline with a large balloon at the end.

Just got my isp package it’s it way less than the vsp offer I got. Anyone else get the same? I’m contacting a lawyer

I did not take VSP, but after what I have witnessed in the past week I truly wish I had.

Some people being told they cannot tell people they took VSP when some are. Teams finding out their People Leader is leaving via the rumor mill before they are told by them because "We want to be able to tell them where they are going to land", two weeks later they have no idea who they will report to.

High level VP's in charge of hundreds to thousands of people not seeming to have a clue what the new org structures will be or are doing a really good job of playing d-mb.

Get your s--- together, lock yourself in a room until you have a damn plan for those that will be left.

So many about to be blindsided by ISP next week from Mon-Wed that truly think they are safe because they did not take VSP.

I’ve seen a few people say they saw dates of 8/12-8/14 posted on the VSP faq page. I wasn’t eligible for VSP. My leadership said that they’re not aware of any dates nor details. Can someone confirm the VSP faq stating this or paste the Q and A?

Should we even listen in to this? With everything that has been changed and twisted the last six weeks I doubt they’ll paint a true picture of what’s happening. I find it interesting the forecast was so off but yet this go around they know exactly how many of us to offer VSP and ISP. I have no faith in this leadership any longer.

Is has been noted that ISP offers will be going out to union positions across Frontier July 16-17. Mainly copper related positions will be affected and to be followed by a massive force realignment for those who stay. For copper technicians this is basically your time to go! Verizon will also see mass layoff announcements come July 16th. CTF, California Texas Florida

I work in an area that was affected by ER. I was chatting to someone in Field Supervision one day. It seems they had quite a few people take the VSP and retire, but not much ISP or outsourcing took place.

What's the consensus on this area? What's the outlook? I would like to find a "safer" area of the firm.

Starlink/SpaceX will be going after every cable and fiber ISP customer as early as this year. AST SpaceMobile which we have like a 2% stake in (Somebody somewhere in AT&T had a brain) will be going after the wireless customers as early as next year. Rocket Lab and Space X in the satellite payload biz. Rocket Lab and SpaceX beaming solar energy back to the ground. Meanwhile AT&T employees will be monitoring their presence reports. Is 7.7 hours enough? Good news. 6.7 is enough!

Anyone out there who quit, were VSP, ISP(Rule of 70) and didn't go to another financial firm, keep the LP at EJ?

Can anyone who has been ISP'd tell me the severance differences between the VSP and being ISP'd? My position is about to be terminated. I was offered the VSP but didn't take it because Im nowhere near retirement. I know the VSP offered 2 weeks per each year worked. Does the ISP work the same, or am I going to be shorted severance because I didn't take the VSP? Trying to figure out my life after giving 18 years to a place I thought I was going to retire that has turned into a complete dumpster fire.

I was ISP’d at the end of August as part of ER. If you’re one of us have you received your severance payment? I have not and have emailed HR Help three times and have not heard back from them.

Curious….has anyone who received an ISP found a job yet? This market is brutal and I feel like I’ve been blacklisted. Since early September I’ve only had one real interview and three “networking” calls. I actually had a recruiter say ‘they (Edward Jones) doesn’t do product development like everyone else’. I’m beginning to freak out with November 14th being next week.

I just wanted to provide my experience as someone who has been "ISPed." While I can appreciate the capability to look for a role (whether in Jones or outside) and get paid (something you probably wouldn't get anywhere else...which helps), from my perception things are literally a "free for all." So what I mean by that is everyone, whether ISP or not has probably been impacted. Moved to another location, new role, demotion, I've heard loss of pay in some instances, etc. So everyone is shell shocked to all fu-k and just not happy...period. Morale is a total sh-t show and people are still swirling in what the new world will look like so not much productivity seems to be happening.

So where I am going with all this is the people that are not ISP'ed are storming the gates for these new jobs and those that are ISP'ed are getting shut out. I cannot say any more than that but I truly wish all of you who are impacted the best. If you do have an opportunity to stay on then I hope you are treated with the respect you deserve.
