How can we contact Centene about our Cobra subsidy? Every time I try calling Centene, it forwards me to Optum. What a cluster. So glad to be out of this disgusting, disgraceful & dishonest company.

I spoke with Cobra and had to send an email to agreements@centene.com. The rep emailed me back that my subsidy file was sent over on 9/14 and it takes Optum 10 days to show.
