Usually I can't wait for an extra day off. Right now, I don't care. I'm so stressed I know I won't be able to enjoy it. Oracle has taken all the joy out of the few extra days off we have and replaced it with dread. All I can think about is, am I next? I hate this place so, so much.

Unlimited PTO Going Away?
Anyone else hear rumors that unlimited PTO is going away next year?
Extra PTO
After all the soul crushing changes and stuff the company has been put through the past few years, for those left maybe management should give a day or so of extra PTO as an act of good will! If they remotely care about productivity people need a break!
T2 bonus for ISP
For associates that get ISP, do they receive the regular T2 bonus while on leave?
MTO
Is any one having trouble getting into My time off?
Quarterly Surveys
These surveys are beyond RIDICULOUS…there is no REAL changes from them just more busy work!!! We as managers and Directors are not typically the issue but we have to fix it and create a goal..wtf?! The insanity in senior leadership is running wild. Employees want better raises/AIP, more PTO, TO WORK FROM HOME, to not need to use 6 platforms looking for pieces of information and for sh-t to just work in general. He-l I settled for not having too reach out to 20 people looking for simple answers. As line level manage and Directors we can tell our Staff VP’s til we are blue in face about raises and AIP needs but it doesn’t matter! That is if you have a Staff VP that will give you time to discuss anything!!!
PTO Payout after resigning?
Can anyone confirm if they were paid out their PTO upon being fired/quitting. I am having an issue with that as well as being paid my commission. Ideally looking for feedback from someone not in California.
