Does anyone know what changes we can expect come January? PTO, insurance, 401k match? When the remaining 1000 layoffs will happen?

Does anyone know if the unlimited PTO will remain the same?
I had to remove my uninsured domestic partner from my benefits package because of the cost increases, I'm so sad and scared.
@be On the benefits chat that HR did, they did confirm they are looking at replacements for Rally for 2027.

Why hasnt HR come up with an alternative to Rally? They obviously had a plan not to renew Rally for this year, yet just told us recently and didnt give any word on a replacement, only that its gone for 2026 and forget about your health insurance premium discount!
PTO is supposed to remain unchanged for 2026. As far as insurance, we’re in the middle of open enrollment right now. Premiums increasing ~ 7% (17% if you count the abolishment of the Rally discount.)
