Regional Award Ceremonies are Kaput

Well, another Edward Jones long standing tradition has met it's end.

Regional award ceremonies will now be conducted during a week day morning instead of a nice ceremony where you can bring a spouse.

Maybe its too expensive now for the little people to be honored? Wonder if TAP trips are next?

We need a Coupa Dance video 2025 edition!

Remember how much fun it was to watch overpaid executives dance and lip sync to modern pop songs? We need some of that again! Throw in a couple of pizza parties and the diSAPpointment will turn around. As Rob B once said, “our steak is delicious, but it needs more sizzle”

ATS Candid Conversations: From Isolation to Inspiration

Loved the comment section for this call today. Employees were really laying out some of the craziness they've been dealing with since RTO started. A doctor (of something, didn't say what) discussing company culture and dealing with RTO. A little digging shows this doctor is actually an AT&T employee (figures the company wouldn't risk an outsider leading this discussing given the polarization). Her answers to the employee questions were less than satisfactory, typical corporate speak and "showing up for each other".

Employee Culture Survey

We had the annual employee culture survey last week on working conditions. I looked through it but did not hit send. I have to say there were very few questions if any about how employees felt HR, the HR officer, recruiting, compensation, or leaders in field operations were doing. Lots of questions rating our direct managers. Company will try to tie low responses and blame managers so senior managers are insulated. Many feel the workloads in many field offices and in various areas like operationally like loans, new plans, payroll integration are still bonecrushing and management has no gameplan.Anywho, let hope the results lead to real change and the canning of a few incompetent execs. Our hope the survey results will be released two weeks before XMas so that 50 people can get blindsided a week before the Lord’s birthday
