Over the past 40 years, has there ever been a decision that helped employees?
IMO, they just keep taking.

Hi folks.
Is it possible to share learning from discussions with lawyers in an open platform like this? The reason I am asking is that it is too expensive to consult everything with lawyers, and not all of them are good anyways.
Kindly share your findings.
Given average is 4%, what are your thoughts? G, VG, E, O average?
Only serious discussions. No BTC/KLTC/outsourcing/pip discussion, please.

Thoughts?
Bored. I can’t hide the fact that I’m nervous about layoffs. I’ve been with the company for over 8 years.
If you’re open to sharing, how many years did you work for the company, what was your salary at the time, and how much did you get paid? Did it include bonus? What’s the tax percentage they held?
Both counties seen quite calm still.
Any piece of news on the room?
Just curious to hear what people are expecting?
Man it’s been a couple months since o checked in on this sh—tshow. Hoping some of yall jumped ship. Eff Eff Five. Get ooout
Serious question - what are the top actionable items folks on this forum would like to see from AT&T Leadership? We know they read this stuff so maybe use this as another opportunity to communicate to them in a constructive way and originated by employees.
Suggestions:
Maybe leave off the obvious hot divisive ones that has gotten so much air play here and have such conflicting views (RTO vs WFH, DEI, etc) so the discussion doesn’t devolve to name calling.
Would be interesting if replies could be tagged as Union vs Mgmt since they may differ materially.
Be serious and try to refrain from mudslinging (I.e., - don’t reply if you’re not game).
let's say you are 58 - would you accept an early retirement?
i am curous about how people are thinking about the topic (more than helping me make a call).
you can assume anything you'd like (e.g., having or not having enough saved, age of kids, etc.)_
What do you guys think? It seems like he needs a new start and what better to match his energy than Ford Motor Co.???
Ok, so I've heard the big conspiracy is that Big R will be out in 5 years and daughter Schwab is going to swoop in and save the company, again.
What totally wild rumor have you heard?
Are we having layoffs in the coming week or not?
Ok so those old long time customers that keep the lights on, any insight on if we are loosing any of them? All I see is Infinity this and MCP but are the old big customers really interested? Love to hear any insights as it will make my decision on jumping easier.
Anyone know how location strategy plays into union employees/locations? I get it that their current contract has them working from home, but with management being required to come back, it would stand to reason the union would follow. And the union employees locations are not part of the location announcements we've heard.
Also wondered how the Frontier acquisition fits into location strategy. Seems like some major disconnects
No need for sarcastic or ignorant comments toward any side of the playing field, please.
Share your thoughts on today's Town Hall with Jeff.
Who got the golden ticket?
Is anyone tired of constant rejection? Favoritism? Unethical and ineffective hiring? Bullsh-t run around? Mental health decline due to stress of job and unknown? Can we all stand together and sue? How does this work? How do we do it? Anyone have thoughts or ideas?? I’m so serious about this.
Sep11 6:30am UTC - Sep12 6am UTC totals: 100 layoffs.
September totals (except Sep01): 4638 layoffs, and 279 additions.
Methodology and day-by-day breakdown is in comments.
Soooo was everyone weirded out that ADC and PSC had combined meeting? Merge happening in future?

How does everyone feel about the PCS call? I'm on the fence...
Live thread for the real questions and comments
Could be wrong but, I come here often and read the majority of the posts/comments and it seems like the vast majority of people are in 1 of 3 areas. ISG, CSG or some type of Sales position. Being in IT, I'm not fluent in acronyms outside of my realm so,
I'm assuming ISG = Inside sales group, CSG= Channel Sales group, and then... general sales people like AE's, AMs, TSE, etc...
Where are the IT people at in here? (minus tech support. You don't count as IT, sorry.)
tell your RTO first day story ? Was it all you dreamed ?
Anyone agrees with this ?
