CPS / Bonuses

Any idea what the end of year company performance score will look like? Most people are saying expect cr-ppy bonuses but a few have said that the money saved from the cuts will be used to retain those left behind?

CIP (bonus) payments - after layoffs - when they are paid?

Hi all,
anyone aware of CIP payments and when they will be paid?

in my offboarding package, they mentioned I will have CIP payments which is equal to yearly bonus payout along with pay in lieu and notice period.

My last day was in dec 3rd week and received all the remaining pay. but I haven't received CIP payment. Did anyone get it or anyone has info. when they will be deposited?

Christmas bonus

It is my first year in DXC and I was surprised to hear there is no 13th salary, no bonus, NOTHING for Christmas. It is the first company I worked for that has such policy, all my colleagues have bonuses every quarter (or at least twice a year), here - nothing. Is it some kind of one time miss due to the hard financial situation or company policy not to care for their employees?

Bonus Pool Funding?

Can anyone else confirm the 60% bonus pool target funding number mentioned in another thread? All we hear is how amazing our quarterly results were, so one would assume that the funding is much higher than 60%.

Sure would be nice to see some transparency around how the bonus pool funding is calculated (like they used to do many years ago). Seems like they just pull a number out of their a** these days. Or maybe they use the monkey dart theory/approach.

Bonus is with HR? got YE rating of 2 - going into the office infrequently

Hi my manager told me that the bonus decisions are made by HR - they have their own policies..

I got an overall year end rating of 2/2/3..wondering how that will look for bonus time.. I have not been going into the office regularly too some weeks i go in twice some weeks i go in once, some weeks i go 3x..

will that affect my bonus?

This going to hurt bonuses

Ford said it will record $19.5 billion in charges, with most of it taken in the fourth quarter. Of that $19.5 billion, about $5.5 billion are cash charges with the majority of that being paid in 2026 and the remainder in 2027.

Thanks, Bill Ford, brown noser Farley and the entire Model e team.

Promotions & Layoffs

Promotions - Basically you can no longer get promoted unless someone leaves a C-level that you are interested in. E.g. C12 will not get promoted for how hard they work, they can only get C13 if someone leaves that role or a rec opens... Bonus have been rubbish for years and pay rise are the same excuse each year "the bell curve" and you get 1%

Layoffs - As we were advised before, would be 20,000 until 2026. Well more information out today that the layoffs will not stop. As long as AI and cut backs happen, this will just keep going on and not stop until the shareholders are happy.. which they never are. I would advise people to stop taking on more work, setting up meetings etc for nothing in return.

Never in my years of working for many companies have I seen a once reputable business become incredible tight and awful to work for. Why would I work overtime when it doesn't reflect? Why would I work harder if there are no promotions? Why would I want to stay in a dead end role with no prospect of earning more? Why would I take on more work and not given anything for it?

Citi has become the company everyone advises to leave or not apply for. A company at one time I was proud to work for, I no longer am. Citi is a place you go to live out the rest of your life by achieving nothing. Shame it went that way

$1000 “Bonus”

I bet they shared this news when they did so they could get rid of a wave of rage-quitters before they hand out their “ever-so-gracious” 1k bonus in January. I know at the end of the year it’ll all even out, but it’s still such cr-p that our paychecks will be shorter on that first check, even with the bridge advance, due to the higher supplemental taxes.

If you are young person, you need to look externally

Older folks can try to ride it out. But if you are younger person you need to look externally for opportunities. Going from 4.5 to 3.5 % is a ~23% cut on 401k match, plus any lost compound interest. Also factor in medical premium increases for next year. Your financial position is now worse, it doesn't make financial sense to continue here (which is obviously what they want so they have to pay less severance). Yea the job market is tight and not everyone can find another job, but financially, you owe it to yourself to look around as you are doing same work for less $. I am not even going to get into bonus and raises because we all know that will be close to 0.

Bonus, Bonus, what will it be??....

Wow! Some concerned about bonus! Let me tell you, I was displaced on 9/30/25. I don't get a bonus. I don't get anything really. And to be clear, I thought like you OP! Yep, so some got laid off, but we are here doing all the work now. I guess that might have some basis, but I have to say, I've got NOTHING. And the job market SU-KS. Yes, those of us who've been cast off, we are not thinking bonus. We are thinking, how to provide for the family, how to put food on the table, how to pay the bills. I get your bonus concern. Can you get my survival concern?

Leader Travel Expectations

HBA GPs will be expected to travel 50% and other HBA leaders will be expected to travel 25%.

Couple of thoughts...

Why are we trying to induce senior leaders to leave...I thought all the ER restructuring was supposed to address that?

This seems like a huge expense for the firm with a pretty ambiguous value add. Is it enough to offset the travel coats of $20k+ per year per leader? I'd rather have that hit my bonus.

That time of the year again.

Brandt is once again asking for toys for tots meanwhile we’re all struggling with penny's for raises. Also new people in the same division are being given bonuses when veterans of this place are not? Something’s gotta change. Management has taken a downward turn in the last 10 years. We have greedy clowns running this place. No longer a good place to work. More responsibilities and no compensation. This is bull sh……
