I am considering another opportunity with a required start date in early November. The other company is not willing to change the start date.
Leaving before year-end may affect my annual bonus and 401(k) match. Does anyone know the last date we must remain employed to receive both the bonus and the 401(k) match?

Might be a dum--ss question but we typically get it in August wonder if they will prorate if tomorrow is in fact the day .

For those that got an IM or NI, what was your comp discussion like? Any raise and what bonus?
This was my first full year and got IM at year end for basically no reason. Whatever.
No raise … I’m already paid on the higher end of my title, also located in major hub

A question to those employees riffed in late 2025 who had a last employment date in December, were you promised the full AIP payout in 2026 (whatever that ends up being...)? Same question to employees that set their retirement date in December 2025? Were you promised full AIP payout in March 2026? Trying to do some planning for the near future.
When do they discuss year end bonus? Manager already discuss the new comp but not about the year end bonus.
What would be the Lumen 2026 STI/Bonus Expectations? Do they give STI/Bonus this year? If so what would be the expected percentage?
I haven’t seen any end of year AIP percentages and you would think that it would be released by now given we are in a new year and new quarter.
