I've not seen anyone mention Kansas. Anyone have any ideas on upcoming changes or RIF's? From the PL's, everything is fine, nothing is wrong and everything is as normal! Nothing to see here!

There is a new explanation on the staggered dates and why it was done. Doesn’t say anything about appealing the date. Also a question about last day work and separation date.

Does a regular severance package come with any healthcare coverage for an extended period or not?

People leaders were just notified at 12:15 on 7/30/26 via email of employees that were approved for VSP.

Is anyone on this meeting with Marissa??? What is happening….. why are they allowing people to change their minds. What a poorly lead organization. This is PHCO. We can also request a negotiation of our separation date…………
