W. Edwards Deming
As long as management is quick to take credit for a firm’s successes but equally swift to blame its workers for its failures, no surefire remedy for low productivity can be expected in American manufacturing and service industries.

Weekly presence report wrong again . . . I know it has only been 39 weeks this year but I think I am seeing a trend!
It was not completely egregioius. There was only one significant error in one day that shorted me about 2 hours. Why is it that every error is in AT&T's favor. The system never over-estimates our time in the office.
Layoff Today
You will be laid off today. If not, there is discussion happening today at some level somewhere regarding your inevitable layoff as you most definitely are considered an expendable cost which needs to be cut.
