When it benefits them, its ok, but when employees use it for emergencies its abused. Dont work tomorrow, call in sick or whatever.

Just because snowstorms occur every winter doesn’t make commuting during them safe. We recently experienced multiple inches of snow and temperatures near freezing. Regardless of its annual occurrence, it’s still hazardous to travel in such conditions, smart a-s.

Email says 'select employees' and includes Atlanta while in the Midwest we are dealing with snow and extreme cold. What a joke.

In office Monday except for Leadership. They decided the weather was too bad to go into the Dallas office.
