Our plant was recently informed corporate will be coming to discuss upcoming insurance changes. Any ideas of what changes employees can expect?

Is it worth staying through year end for the bonus this year? I'm seeing mixed views on expected payout vs target. Do you get a payout if you are on payroll as of 12/31, so leaving in January would be OK?
