Yes, we have layoffs every other Tuesday, but usually it's nothing major. Yesterday seems to have been much larger than usual, and I don't think there was any warning it would happen like that. What happened?

Say I want to do a part time job at Walmart or lyft and I am no Finra holder or broker. Should I do pre-clearnce if so what was your experience and if you skip it how would they catch you as its part-time

Does the layoff dates in warn consider the 60 day working notice? For example the Iowa WARN shows 35 layoffs in August. Is that actually those who got laid off in June?
