I see the quality of work dropped drastically even from those who used to give excellent work. Morale is low! This is what happens when the management is incompetent. Morale goes to -ve in the teams as soon as there is an intervention from neustar.
Time for a union
It's time the staff came together and unionised. Ubisoft are doing a global strike and TU employees should do the same. Upcoming Pay rises except for India are a joke and below inflation. Constantly increasing demand on staff, reducing headcount... — read more
WARN ACT?
If we're going to have layoffs in March, why does the Warn Act not have TransUnion listed in their January report?
A question for the board
what is your red line regarding CC and V performance that would cause you to say, ok, now we have to act?
March layoffs'26 - Mega Thread
Who's ready for March layoffs?
CC Resign!
He’ll blame this latest stock debacle on forces beyond our control. His usual victimhood. That doesn’t explain the fact that he had a complete id--t running the product organization for 10 yrs who had neither the capability nor the temperament for... — read more

TruPortfolio or FailPortfolio?
I’m writing to share some feedback regarding the TruPortfolio Solutions rebrand. I recently attended an event where members of the sales team expressed concerns that the new art style feels disconnected from our established financial identity. Are we... — read more

Did layoff . com remove posts that were very critical of transunion post November layoffs?

Anyone else get placed on an internal team after November layoffs?
I was laid off back in November but recently got placed onto an internal team. I’ve also been hearing that a lot of people ended up getting internal placements instead of fully exiting. Just curious - did many of you get internal offers as well? And... — read more
CC gave T Mart a big bonus
Right before his retirement this month…. Guess if you drank the kool aid and helped drive the company into the ground further, you get rewarded
Upcoming layoffs will be worse than originally planned
The reduction in available OpEx this year was planned to be achieved mainly through savings in datacenter shutdown, software elimination, and layoffs. Now that the DC2 contract will be renewed for another two years (was planned for shutdown in... — read more

Incremental spending adding up
Executives have been incrementally spending a ton on travel and approving excursions and such and it’s adding up FAST. They have 0 clue how this stuff works on the finance end
Kool aid drinkers are so frustrating
These execs DO NOT care about you. They speak nicely and then will sc--w you.
Execs are in CES this week
lol all they do is have “meetings” about work other people do and then eat expensive food on the company dime and fly around
Any guesses as to US merit increase?

March '26 layoffs?
I was talking to a Sr Director(He knew of the Nov layoff several months in advance) and he hinted that another org wide layoff is planned already and that dates are not confirmed. Could it be March 2026 like the last time?
Linkedin, Glassdoor and Loop posts doesn't seem organic
Very fishy especially the linkedin posts from India about their annual/quarterly awards, posts about completing 6 months, 1 year, 1.5 years in TU. Seems extremely forced and artificial. I know there was a HR level meeting when the glassdoor points... — read more
I saw CC brush off a person and then he noticed I noticed

The schmoozing on the loop makes me want to gag

They keep treating cuts like they're some kind of miracle cure
Instead, it's like they're trimming the engine while the plane's still in the air. They're getting rid of institutional knowledge to replace it with what? They should know by now that cheaper and younger rarely means better.
Deeply disappointing leadership within TransUnion
The way the company is being run is unsustainable and frankly, deeply disappointing. Chris Cartwright has 100% bought into this ba----dized form of capitalism in America where shareholder value is the benchmark of success and nothing more. There is... — read more
Vague business talk—no plan, no solutions, just frustration. Toxic !!

HR had a meeting on how to boost CC pay
That’s all they care about. People in Mar solutions and other places keep going on about leadership visibility but it’s all about their own pay. They could care less about you
Was anyone really surprised that HR stayed silent throughout?
They’re here for the company, not for us.
