For the rtms already in this role around the country, how much merchandising are you guys actually doing? Are any territories fully staffed with merchandisers? Are your merchandisers selling in when you are off doing the rms responsibilities?

I understand October 2 is the last day for sales reps if they didn’t get a territory, if I have that right. Other than that what is the significance of October 2 for this company? What is the purpose of October 2, why not finish the year out?... — read more 

I’ve heard rumors that we will be losing some stores come October. Anyone else hear anything or know which stores?

Those of you that are already RTM. How many stores do you have? Did you gain stores, lose stores are pretty much stay the same?

Anyone who has gone through it have the pay? I've heard multiple things.

It seems very sketchy that they would fire all of the reps and keep those below. Are they just waiting until D day to tell the rest of us we're done so we don't all split before Oct 2nd? We have a right to know what the he-l is happening.

Rep for Chicago suburbs here. I’m getting phone calls from 5 different Jewel stores today looking for service. F that. I’m not picking up and leaving my phone on for sh--s and giggles.

I’ve seen some RTM jobs listed on job sites. Who’s to say that they’re not going to hire from the outside!? Think about it, they could save a lot of money that way. I hope they hire from within the company.

People that work the most are going to suffer the most...So November huh? For non reps?

Are they actually going to make us wait until August 10th to know if we are still here? That is so far away.

They get rid of all the sales reps, they start writing everyone up working them 12-13 hour days, they quit...reps leave October, MOW stay until Jan 1st to make it smoother transition...then we are done like the elves.

So the RTM role is basically our rep job now (which su-ks) plus now we have to hire, on board, train, schedule, payroll and cover any and all call offs, vacation, quits. That’s insane. To top it off no Overtime! Who in their right mind would apply... — read more

How many stores does the RTM cover/include? Are RMS automatically offered a RTM position?

So how is it being a MOW now with the whole new rtm transition. Is it easier ? More responsibilities ? Pay increase ? Bonuses ? They haven’t talked about none of this on our region they just said we are no longer FTOW. Now we are MOW

So I’ve been hearing that we are no longer going to service independent stores ? Has anyone had this happened in their region ? Mostly Hispanic stores in my area that are considered d stores
