Wow

Went Christmas shopping in the eastern Ohio area..empty shelves and no displays anywhere. I thought mission 1 was supposed to be an improvement. Do they even still employ sales reps?


Checking in

I got the boot after 15 years 3 years ago when M1 started. Are they still pushing that? I thought for sure it would have collapsed by now.

The company as a whole may be doing OK, but North America has been in a down hill spiral since the appointment of the current CEO. Changes need to be made, some may be unpopular ,but the reputation is terrible, of what was once a respected company.


Engagement Survey

Why does this company need an engagement survey to find out how people feel about the company? The fact that 90% of the people they hire quit within 2 months should tell them everything they need to know.
