Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

People dropping like flys

So when is the experiment going to be over? So much expected for every level of employee except the big wigs, when does it all end? It has to be close, if not months until the end of dsd. Don't let the company fool you, everyone knows the latest rtm experiment is intentional. All the intentional order padding.

@jr this is true, we work 9 -11 hours a day, getting more and more work piled on us than the sales rep position. Work more cases, work our bodies into the ground, keep company moving foward and put out all the fires while reps go in stores to sell and do a little backstock and maybe 1 order. And they get paid about 10,000 more for less work, that's why the position is bieng eliminated.

@a4 You know, lumping us MOW's as a whole is a bit sh--e, some of us actually work our as--s off, coming into the company in hopes of excelling and becoming reps(despite already doing your fu--ing job atop a merchandisers without the title/pay/car.)

So untwist those pa-ties and project your frustration at your superiors, it's not our faults you were deemed obsolete and are being tossed out to save money.

RDRs make $141K+ annually plus bonuses and can’t even throw 30 cases an hour or form a sentence without ai.

People quit constantly. The amount of money this company waste hiring, training new employees is astronomical. Add all the money they waste on POS that nobody uses and limited edition items that nobody buys. Imagine if they had someone that actually knew what they were doing and invested in the people instead of throwing money down a drain...

People running this company are complete mo--ns and have probably never actually worked in the stores. They only care about cutting payroll.

They seem to be putting a lot of money in the MOW’s , order, writing training, and new purple carts, all product to be coming off of from warehouse… Why would they do all this and then end dsd in a couple months? Now they RTM role I can see them getting rid of them within a year, and putting everything on the MOW’s. That’s why they’re putting all the effort into order writer training. But no matter how much training you give these people, the majority of them are id--ts and will never do a good job. yeah eventually dsd will end , but I’m not thinking any time soon. Not until they go through a few more years of lousy order writers and realize this just isn’t working.
